SUMMER READING CLUB!
PROGRAM ENDS AUGUST 1! Parents, bring your kids by the library and encourage them to be a part of our Summer Reading Club! This year's theme is "Reading Pays," which shows the participants that is a lot be "earned" through reading! This program is designed for kids age 4 through 6th grade.



READ 10 IN 2010! PROGRAM WITH AN EMPHASIS ON READING FOR ADULTS
PROGRAM CONTINUES UNTIL DECEMBER. Stop by the Library for details on this reading program designed with an emphasis on adults. Bookmarks are being given away, so come by and pick up yours!



New Items Added to the Library Recently

Be Wise: Discern the Difference between Man’s Knowledge and God’s Wisdom by Warren Wiersbe. This interesting commentary on 1 Corinthians has been updated with study questions.

The Best Gift You Can Give Your Parents by Dennis Rainey. This book deals with the idea that it is just as important for adults to obey the commandment to honor their parents as it is for children, and the author shows the reader one special way to do this.

The Facts of Life: And Other Lessons My Father Taught Me by Lisa Welchel. The author was a child star on the TV program The Facts of Life. Lisa says, “My heavenly Father has taught me many earthly lessons.”
