GRACE TO GIVE
We have different gifts, according to the grace given us…If it is serving, let him serve…if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously…— Romans 12:6-8 (NIV)
The word “grace” has more than one meaning to Christians. Grace is both the undeserved forgiveness God grants us and the unearned salvation He offers us through faith in Jesus. Grace also defines our spiritual gifts. These are gifts, or skills, God has given us to carry out the ministry Christ gave us all— “go and make disciples of all nations.”
So it is here that we wish to inventory the gifts of grace given to the Liberty Baptist’s fellowship of men.
We ask you to do only two things.
1. Take two minutes to fill out this survey. Your answers will help build a church-wide inventory of skills and talents that can be used to serve our members and our community.
“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace…” 1 Peter 4:10
2. Pray to God asking that he give you strength and opportunity to put your gifts of grace to use in His service. When a need arises inside our church or out in our community we may contact you to help meet that call.
“So then, men ought to regard us as servants of Christ…” 1 Corinthians 4: 1
