ADULT WORSHIP AND MUSIC MINISTRY CELEBRATION CHOIR– The Celebration Choir leads worship in the 9:15 and 10:45 worship services most Sundays of the year. We also participate in the first Sunday evening service of each month and for special occasions through out the year including Christmas and Easter. Celebration Choir meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 until 8:30 and is open to members and regular attenders. No audition is required. The level of talent may vary widely, but the passion and desire is the same for all. Our goal is to love God and love others! CELEBRATION SINGERS – An auditioned group of vocalists from the Celebration Choir who lead in worship primarily on Sunday evenings. This group meets on Sunday afternoons at 4:45 before evening worship. Each member should be able to sight read, blend with a group, memorize music, be self-motivated and provide strong musical leadership. CELEBRATION BAND – An auditioned group of instrumentalists who are deeply committed to the task of providing music that exalts our Savior and enhances each worship experience. This group meets on Sunday afternoon from 4:00 until 5:45 and Wednesday evening from 7:30 until 8:30. Each member should be able to sight read, read charts, play by ear to some degree and provide strong musical leadership. ORCHESTRA – A new venture for Liberty. In its beginning stages the orchestra has helped lead in several special worship presentations. It is our goal to build on those occasions and use the orchestra on a regular basis. The orchestra is open to adults and high school students. LADIES ENSEMBLE – A group of ladies from the Celebration Choir committed to praising God through music. This group meets on Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 during the school year. They participate in worship on a monthly basis. |
